Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Country Walk Cobalt Epoxy Flooring, countrywalkepoxyandconcreteflooring.com, team@countrywalkepoxyandconcreteflooring.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you use the Country Walk Cobalt Epoxy Flooring website, ask us for an estimate or hire us for work. If you use the site or book a job with us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work through it.

When a signed estimate or contract for your job says something different from this page, that written agreement controls for your job. These terms cover everything it doesn't address.

What we do

Country Walk Cobalt Epoxy Flooring is a flooring contractor in Country Walk, FL. We install and repair concrete floor coatings and finishes for homes and businesses, including epoxy, polyaspartic, metallic and urethane cement systems, polished and stained concrete, overlays, sealing, surface prep and pool deck coatings. We're licensed and insured.

Descriptions, photos and service pages on our home page and elsewhere on the site are general information about the trade and how we work. They aren't a quote or a promise about your floor, because every slab is different and we can only judge yours in person.

Estimates and pricing

We give free estimates on site with no obligation, and we reply to requests within 1 business day. Your estimate is based on what we can see and measure that day, including the size of the area, the coating system you pick, the condition of the concrete and how much prep it needs.

Some problems only show up once the old coating is off or the slab has been ground, such as moisture coming up through the concrete, deep cracks or a weak surface. If we find something like that, we stop, show you, and explain what it changes before we do any extra work. We won't charge for added work you haven't agreed to.

Unless your written estimate gives a different date, an estimate is good for 30 days because material costs change.

Scheduling, weather and cancellations

We set your start date when you accept the estimate. Coatings need the right temperature and humidity to cure, so heavy rain, high humidity or a damp slab can push the schedule. When that happens we call you and set a new date, because putting a coating down in bad conditions is how floors fail.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as you can, and at least 48 hours before the start date. If we've already ordered materials made for your job or started prep, you're responsible for those costs.

We need clear access to the work area on the day we start, with furniture, vehicles and stored items moved out unless we've agreed to handle that. You'll also need to keep people, pets and vehicles off the floor for the cure time we give you, because walking or driving on it too soon can damage the finish.

Payment

Your estimate or contract lists the price, any deposit and when payments are due. Unless it says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished and we've walked the floor with you.

If a payment is late, we'll contact you first to sort it out. We may pause any remaining work until the account is current, and you're responsible for reasonable collection costs if the balance has to be collected, as far as Florida law allows.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If something about our workmanship isn't right, call us and we'll come back, look at it and make it right. Any written warranty for your job, including its length and terms, is the one stated in your contract or estimate.

Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from misuse, impacts, harsh chemicals, hot tires on a coating not made for them, using the floor before it's cured, lack of upkeep, or problems in the concrete or ground underneath that we couldn't see and didn't work on. Coating makers set their own product warranties, and those come from the maker, not from us.

Apart from the guarantee above and any written warranty in your contract, we don't make other promises about the work or the website, including promises that a finish will suit a particular use, to the full extent Florida law allows. The website is provided as it is, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Florida law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost business, lost use of a space, or costs of staying elsewhere, while a floor is being installed or cured.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for our own gross negligence.

Settling disagreements

If you're unhappy with anything, call us first, because most problems get fixed fastest with a conversation and a visit to the floor. If we can't settle it between us, we both agree to try mediation before going to court.

If a dispute does go to court, it will be heard in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Governing law

These terms, your use of the website and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one in effect. Changes don't affect a job you've already signed for, which stays under the terms in place when you signed.
