I come out and test the surface myself
When you call, I set up a time to come out, look at your driveway, patio or pavers and test the slab. You get a written estimate for your surface before anything goes on the calendar.
If your pavers look faded and stains soak right in, we clean them, seal them on a dry day and tell you when to reseal.

Concrete sealing in Country Walk means we clean your driveway, patio, walkway or pavers and put down a sealer that helps the surface stand up to sun, rain and stains. Most of the timing comes down to the forecast, because sealer needs dry, mild weather to go on and dry properly.
Most calls start the same way. The pavers have gone dull, oil and rust spots soak in instead of wiping off, and rain sinks into the surface instead of beading up. A sealer won't fix cracks or a sunken paver, but on sound concrete it slows that wear, which is why I'd rather look at your surface before telling you what sealing can do for it.
The price moves with the size of the area, whether it's pavers or plain concrete, how much stain and cleaning work it needs, and whether you want a joint sand stabilizer or a slip-resistant additive on a slope. The schedule mostly turns on the weather, and on new concrete it also turns on how long the slab has cured. Your written estimate gives you the figure for your own surface.
You talk to us, I come out myself, and the people sealing your driveway are our own crew with me working alongside them. Here's how that goes.

I don't hand your job off and disappear, because I still work on the floor with our crew. I opened this business in 2017 after learning the trade as a helper on a coatings crew.
When the sealer is down, we walk it with you so you can see the result and ask about anything that looks off. We're fully licensed and insured, and the promise stays simple. Your satisfaction, guaranteed.
Sealing is something you come back to, so before we start I tell you what to expect down the road and how the surface will look as the sealer wears. On the day, we cover your lawn and plants, keep an eye on where the rinse water goes, clean the surface and then put the sealer on, in that order, because sealer locks in whatever is left underneath it.
Some surfaces need more than a seal, and I'll tell you when that's the case. If the concrete is cracked, flaking or worn past what a clear coat can help, concrete resurfacing and overlays is usually the better first step. Indoors, where a slab is uneven, self-leveling concrete and overlays brings it flat before any finish goes down.
Most of a good seal is decided before the sealer comes out of the bucket, so here's what we do and why.
We set the date by the weather, because sealer is picky about heat and rain. One maker's water-based acrylic, for example, goes on only between 40°F and 85°F through drying and only when no rain is expected within 24 hours, so a hot afternoon or a storm in the forecast can move your date.
We cover your grass and plants first, since acidic cleaners can harm them, then lift spot stains before cleaning the whole surface. On pavers, a freshly cleaned surface is also a good time for a joint sand stabilizer, which holds the sand in the joints and is a different product from the sealer.
One acrylic sealer maker says two thin coats work better than one heavy coat, and that too much sealer can leave a white haze, bubbles or poor adhesion. Ask any crew, us included, how many coats it plans and how thick each one goes on.
Sealer has to dry before people, pets or tires go back on it, so we block the area off and tell you when it's ready. Plan on parking somewhere else that day.
Send the form or call (786) 733-0104 and tell us the surface, its rough size, how old the concrete is and whether it slopes. We reply within one business day, and then I set up a time to come out and test the surface. The estimate is free, done on site and comes with no obligation.
(786) 733-0104Paver sealing in South Florida usually costs about $500 to $2,500 per standard driveway or patio job, according to one regional guide. That's what the work typically runs in the area, not our price, and your written estimate gives you the number for your own surface.
Most contractors and sealer makers recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years here, going by the same South Florida guide, though the interval varies by product. Florida's heat, sun and humidity wear pavers faster, so it makes sense to budget for sealing as regular upkeep rather than a one-time visit.
It can, mostly where the surface slopes. One sealer maker notes that inclined driveways, garages, steps and patios may need a slip-resistant additive for safety, so if you have a sloped driveway or steps, ask whether your sealer will include one.
A Florida concrete trade group recommends at least 30 days of curing before new concrete is painted, as one coating maker's product sheet notes. That figure is for paint, so if your slab is new, ask how the wait applies to the sealer you pick and tell us the pour date when you call.
Miami-Dade County's Contractor Licensing Section licenses contractors who work in the county, and county code requires a current certificate of competency for the type of work being done, in incorporated and unincorporated areas alike. For sealing, the county's Concrete Finish Contractor certificate covers surface treatment of concrete placed by others, so it's fair to ask any crew which county certificate it holds.
Around Country Walk and the cities near it, like The Hammocks and Kendall, most of what we seal is paver driveways, patios and pool decks that sit in full sun. The county explains that stormwater often runs through drainage pipes into canals, lakes and Biscayne Bay without being filtered or treated, so we watch where rinse water and cleaner runoff go, and you're right to ask any crew the same.
Sealer needs a dry, mild day, so booking early gives us more of the forecast to choose from when you call (786) 733-0104 or send the form.
If you're not sure your surface needs sealing yet, call or send the form and I'll come take a look.
